Middle School Sweethearts

Kaile and Alex first met in 2005 and attended middle school and high school together, and then college. When Alex first met Kaile, he knew he was going to marry her someday. Very bold words for a 13-year-old boy. 

Fast forward to 2019: Kaile and Alex shared their vows in front of 200 of their closest friends and family. When they say true love perseveres, I say yes, but it also takes two extremely patient individuals to make it work. The transitions between middle and high schools, and then college and "real-life adult"-life are a force to be reckoned with – and these two overcame them all. 

Kaile, a self-proclaimed sweetheart, envisioned a classic, romantic wedding filled with baby pink flowers, an ethereally long bridal train, and pearls to finish her look. With their lifelong friends, Kaile and Alex celebrated at the Hale Koa Hotel’s Maile Gardens and Waikiki Ballroom. Steph was hired by Kaile and Alex to assist in creating their wedding look as they needed guidance in streamlining their decor and ideas. The day-of team was led by Aileen, Jessica and Melissa, while Steph was across the street at another event. #tigerborntigerbred and Kaile & Alex have a Tiger cub on the way. Congratulations again!
