Scott & Marissa (and Everything Is Camden’s!)

As a recommendation and connection through DJ Kevo, the couple and Steph first met at Foodland Farms one December evening. They chatted, got to know each other, and figured out if this was a good connection for them. 15 months and a handful of coffee dates and dinner nights later, Marissa, Scott, and Camden tied the knot at Halekulani’s Hau Terrace. 

Marissa had a refined rustic elegant vision for her wedding day while Scott kept it simple with his DIY wooden boxes for the centerpieces and other crafty items for their wedding decor. Their son Camden kept things moving along on the day of the wedding because if Camden got bored, it meant we had to keep moving forward! Who knew he would be such a great helper that day? 

Todd from Always Flowers 808 created stunning pieces to bring the rustic gardens into the Hau Terrace. Long ivy vines wrapped the trellis while his perfect blooms adorned every table in the ballroom. Guests were treated to a luxurious buffet at the Halekulani as the top most priority of the couple was to make sure their guests had happy bellies. Although we were missing Chantilly cake (Scott’s favorite), I would say everyone had a fantastic time! The team was led by Steph and Maria while the other half of Esselle Weddings was across the street at the Hale Koa Hotel -- hi Kaile & Alex! Congratulations again Marissa and Scott!
